The line
Walk-ins and booked clients share the floor. This is how we keep it fair.
Write your name on the board by the door, in the order you arrive.
It shows who is next. Waits vary, and the board is the only clock.
If you booked, you are seen at your time and the line waits. Arrive a few minutes early.
We stop adding names 30 minutes before the clinic ends, so everyone on the board gets a cut.
Every chair
A student cuts, and an instructor looks at the work before you leave the chair.
Students clean their tools between clients, and instructors check that too. If something is not right with your cut, tell us at the chair and a student fixes it with an instructor beside them.
